• As a food supplement: Take preferably before meals for 7 to 30 consecutive days or as needed. Place the solution under the tongue.
  As regular use: 2 pipettes per day (1 pipette for children from 3 years of age).
  As intensive use: 4 pipettes per day (2 pipette for children from 3 years of age)

Shake before use.

You can take this extract directly in the mouth or on a spoon, alone or mixed with honey.
