Please note: Any International import taxes/ customs charges are for the account of the purchaser. International shipping times do not include time /delays due to items clearing/held in customs as this is beyond our control.
BREXIT and the EU - From 1st January 2021 UK has left the EU and so under these regulations any vat/custom charges will be payable by the buyer in the EU country at local vat rates and will be collected by your local postal /courier service . For items not claimed a return postage charge will be applied to your returned order.

Reporting Undelivered Orders
If in the unlikely event, you have not received your goods within the specified delivery period you must let us know within 30 days of the despatch date. We cannot accept liability for goods not delivered within 30 days of despatch, as the couriers do not allow us to claim for lost items after this period.
Damaged or faulty goods In the unlikely event that your goods arrive damaged or faulty, we reserve the right to send appropriate products to replace those damaged or faulty.
Missing items must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic image of products received and packaging. Please see RETURNS
